After struggling to lose weight for most of my adult life I finally stopped trying fad diets and started researching diet plans that would actually work. That’s why I started this website, I wanted to share some of my successes with everyone while posting some of the obviously bad or worthless diet plans available.
Because everyone is different, some plans that work for one person may not work for another. Maybe you just want to lose a few pounds for a big event. The plan that might help you would be of little value to someone who needs to make some lifestyle changes to help them lose a significant amount of weight. That’s why it’s important to have a variety of options to choose from. Losing weight can be a challenge and your plan will never work if you become discouraged.
